In the afternoon of October 23, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized an identification meeting on the new product prototype of “Food Quantitative counting and bagging machine” newly developed by Hengli Packaging Technology Co., LTD., in the lecture hall on the second floor of Hengli Packaging Factory.

This appraisal meeting is mainly divided into three parts: first, introduce the basic situation of the enterprise, then make a brief description of the quantitative counting packaging machine project, and finally make an outlook on the market prospects of this kind of project.

This evaluation will be conducted through the combination of offline participation and online connection, plus the on-site inspection of the production environment and prototype by the evaluation committee. Project description

The introduction of the new product prototype naturally requires detailed, Hengli packaging from five aspects to show the new equipment, hoping to achieve comprehensive and standardized.

1. Project development background

As dumplings, wontons, zongzi and other large materials with irregular shape and fragile corners, automatic counting and packaging belong to the vacancy in our country.Hengli packaging using high-tech, low cost and wide coverage, developed this application of flexible intelligent packaging technology formed, the new convenient food automatic packaging equipment.

2. Basic structure of prototype

The new product prototype is mainly composed of feeding mechanism (material lifting and pushing mechanism), material quantitative counting mechanism (vibration feeding and quantitative counting mechanism), packing bag transfer filling mechanism (bag taking, bag feeding, bag expanding, material bagging, vibration uniform and sealing mechanism) and other parts.Set feeding, counting, filling in the integral whole, can be on the premise of guarantee product materials from being damaged, to achieve sound and rapid automatic packaging.

3. Functional use and characteristics of the prototype

This automatic bagging machine can be widely used in food, pet supplies, agricultural products, chemical and other industries. No matter what size, shape or material, it can flexibly carry out automatic packaging work after precise counting. Moreover, this device changes the conventional material conveying, bag opening and filling methods, and realizes the automatic counting and bagging of special materials such as zongzi and freeze-dried wonton, which makes up for the current technical gap.

(1) Filling objects: frozen food materials such as dumplings, wontons and meatballs;

(2) Measurement method: electronic quantitative counting;

5. Technical level of prototype

We have obtained 1 national authorized invention patent, 6 utility model patents and 1 software copyright for a number of technologies.

Through the Jiangsu Science and Technology novelty search Consulting Center at home and abroad, the product through the Nantong Product quality supervision and inspection institute testing.
